Delivery

Delivery will be by either Australia Post, New Zealand Post or a courier service. Delivery takes place at the time our product passes into your (or your agent’s) exclusive physical control. Unless we make other arrangements with you, our product is delivered directly to the address that you nominate.

Delivery will usually take 3-7 working days. Whilst every effort is undertaken to deliver goods within this timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Spencil if an order does not arrive within the specified timeframe. All efforts will then be made by Spencil to track the item, and ensure its delivery to the intended recipient. Please note if an item has been lost in transit, replacement items may be dispatched at Spencil's discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Spencil  will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after the item has left Spencil premises. It is up to you to arrange your own insurance.

It is your obligation to ensure the correct delivery address details are entered at the time of ordering. If an item does not arrive due to incorrect address details, Spencil does not accept liability.

Australia Post Express Post Shipping
Orders placed before 6am will be dispatched same day, otherwise they will be dispatched next business day. Orders should be received within 2-4 business days from dispatch date. Please allow additional days for public holidays and remote locations.

New Zealand Shipping


Flat Rate $20 per order

International Shipping


Up to 2kg     $45

Anything over 5kg in Australia or 2kg International is considered a bulk order. Click here to contact us and place your order.

 If you have received a damaged or incorrect item:

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size:

Please return the items not required to us with a brief explanation, copy of your invoice & your bank account details (if not details advised we will just send a cheque to the address on the invoice).
