Terms and Conditions of Use

Spencil eGift Cards are issued by SBG Pty Ltd ("Spencil") ABN 82 336 117 949. A lost eGift Card, will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This eGift Card once activated is: redeemable for purchases online only; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; valid until the earlier of 12 months from the date of issue or when no amount remains on the eGift Card; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this eGift Card will not be refunded or credited.

What will the eGift Card Recipient Receive?

Your eGift Card recipient will be sent an email with a unique code and instructions on our to redeem the gift card online.

How do I use my eGift Card online?

Login or create a new Account and go to eGift Card menu.  Enter the eGfit Code given in the email and click Submit.  Your eGift Card will them be added to your account for later use. When you decide to redeem some or all of the eGift Card balance, login to your account and in your Shopping Cart, enter in your eGift Card code to redeem it.   The purchasing amount of your order will then be deducted from your eGift Card and any remaining amount will stay on your card for future use (subject to the terms and conditions of issue). You can combine your eGift card payment with other payment types but please ensure that you enter your eGift card details first.

What if my eGift Card is lost or stolen?

Treat your eGift Card like cash. Lost and stolen eGift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

How do I check the balance of my eGift Card?

Check eGift Card balance by visiting in My Account.

Do eGift Cards expire?

eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any balance that remains on the eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use. The expiry date and other terms and conditions of issue can be found on the email containing the eGift Card.

Can I purchase eGift Cards and items in the same transaction?

No, you will need to make two separate transactions for eGift Cards and other items.
