Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions on which Spencil, operating under its trading company Spencer Brands Group (SBG) (ACN 136 467 064), is willing to trade with you. Any variation to these terms and conditions must be in writing and signed by a director of SBG.

By using our website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Pricing Policy

The price and description of the product you may purchase from us is as described on our website. Prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time, and SBG reserves the right to maintain pricing policies that may differ between customers.

Product Descriptions

Any description of our product including specifications, illustrations, drawings, data, dimensions and weights is approximate, and is given by way of identification only. The use of that description does not constitute a sale by description and does not form part of our contract with you. You are responsible for ensuring that the product ordered is suitable for its intended use by you. SBG is not liable to you if that product proves to be unsuitable.

Quotations

If we provide you with a quotation, it is valid only for the period of time specified in the quotation or for 30 days, whichever is lesser, and only in respect to the matters set out in the quotation. Our quotations are confidential. You must not disclose the information in our quotations to any other person without our prior written consent.

Sale Terms

Offers are valid only for the promotional period stated and while stocks last. Discounts apply to selected items only and cannot be combined with any other offer, redeemed for cash, or applied to previous purchases. Prices are as marked or applied at checkout.

All Sale Item purchases are final. Please choose carefully as Spencil does not provide returns, refunds or exchange on the purchase of Sale Items. This includes any items purchased using a discount code or promotional items.

Returns for faulty items purchased during a promotion will be refunded at the discounted price paid, in accordance with our Returns Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Spencil reserves the right to amend or cancel promotions at any time. Additional exclusions or conditions may apply as stated in the specific promotion.

Christmas Giveaway - Terms & Conditions 

 Eligibility 

• Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. 
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

Promotion Period 

• Starts 12:01am AEST, 3 December 2025 and ends 11:59pm AEST, 22 December 2025. 

How to Enter 

• Every purchase made on www.spencil.com.au during the Promotion Period automatically receives one (1) entry into the draw. 
• Customers may receive one bonus entry by ticking the optional opt-in box to receive offers and promotions from gobaplay Australia. 
• Each separate purchase counts as a separate entry. 

Prize 

• One (1) winner will receive a gobaplay SummitPro Climbing Frame with Slide and Sandpit, valued at RRP $1,199.00. 
• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
• Prize fulfilment will be delivered by gobaplay Australia. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. 

Winner Selection & Notification 

• The winner will be drawn at random on 23 December 2025 
• The winner will be notified via by phone and email on 24 December 2025 
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, a redraw will take place on 8 January 2026. 

Privacy & Bonus Entry Opt-In 

• By ticking the optional box in their followup email, customers agree to receive marketing offers and promotions from gobaplay Australia and will receive one (1) additional entry into the draw. 
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with Spencil’s privacy policy and used only for administering the giveaway and communications opted into.
